Totum does not process, hold, transfer or guarantee any payments between parties. All financial transactions occur outside the platform through the parties’ existing banking arrangements.

Audit trail records are created from user actions within the platform. Totum does not independently verify the accuracy of information entered by users.

The evidentiary value of audit records in any legal proceeding is a matter for the relevant tribunal or court to determine.
